planned parenthood

I talked to planned parent hood. I told them that I did not have vaginal intercourse and the male did not prodouce ejaculation. When trying anal, he brushed his penis with pre-cum against my vaginal exterior opening and skin around it. They said since he did not ejauclate in or on me and didn't enter me and it was only pre-cum it be very unlikely ive concived. They also said since I had negitive digital first responce on day of missed period it is gaerteed im not preg. especily since it is day after missed period my cm is dry and cervix very low ...are they right? am i ok?
