Hi ladies,

This is my first month off birth control since I was 14 I’m 25 now I was taking birth control on a continuous cycle having periods only 4 times a year. For the past two months prior to this AF was coming once a month but I was still on the pill.

I am one week late according to the app and according to OPK I ovulated on the 20th.

How long does it take for your cycle to naturally regulate it’s self ? The Dr sent me to get a blood test today since hpt were all BFN but I still have no AF.

Have you ladies found OPK’s to be accurate ?
