I need help ASAP!!

I’m 17 and I weigh 130 with a height of 5’7. I really want to get a flatter stomach, eat right and get better thigh but I just I need motivation and a good workout plan. Does anybody have tips or anything I’m really struggling. I would love to better myself and better my body in a healthy way but I need help. Thank you!!!

I’m not trying to lose weight but tone up! I know it’s a healthy weight but I want to look good without changing my body drastically. Thank you though ladies❤️❤️
