TTC and feeling defeated

Hey everyone. My Husband and I have been ttc since April and have been unsuccessful. We did conceive in July, but unfortunately had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. Now January is approaching and we have yet to conceive again. Anything that’s helped anyone conceive in the past? I’m really starting to lose hope with every month that passes.
