Sensitive Topic:abused

When I was little I was sexually abused a lot. I get "aroused" I guess but it feels wrong and it hurts down there. This might be too much information but I can't masterbate because it usually hurts too much. I don't masterbate much because of it. I don't know what this means or anything?
