Currently 39+3 weeks, due Friday, but have a feeling this little guy is quite content in there.

I’m in no hurry to induce, and would actually rather avoid induction at all costs. Except that Christmas is coming up... I read a study that more complications happen over weekends and major holidays because hospitals are understaffed (or staffed with their ‘B-team’).

My birthday is the day after Christmas, and my mom agreed— saying that her care was sub-par when she had me, but didn’t realize until she had my brother a few years later.

So considering getting induced the 21st just to avoid it. But am I totally overthinking this? Anyone else share in my concerns?

(Hopefully he’ll just decide to come earlier, and we won’t have to make this decision!)
