It’s a lifestyle change not a diet
In January I decided it was time for a change. I was tired of looking and feeling like crap all the time. So, I started Weight Watchers and got a gym membership to Golds Gym. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would LOVE working out so much. I got to a lot of group fitness classes because that’s what motivates me.
I’ve lost 65 pounds, have gone from a size 22 to a size 8, and went from a XXL shirt to a M in a little under a year.
It’s really hard some days. Especially with being a mom, a kinder teacher, and a wife. It’s hard. But, you can only make so many excuses.
