I’m in my second trimester and have had heavy bleeding since oct 31. My baby is doing amazing All pregnancies are different but do mention it to your dr just to be safe.

spotting isn't uncommon in early pregnancy. I get it sometimes a day after intercourse. but it's always good to mention any bleeding to your obgyn

Your cervix is very tender right now. Sex can also make you spot. Just as long as it's not heavy or bright red.
