Has anyone ever ONLY had forehead break outs........

My whole forehead is just covered in pimples that are under my skin. You can sort of tell in the pic, theres a pimple that I️ tried to squeeze but now it’s just an enormous swollen circle on my , with other red little pimples on it.....

I️ haven’t touched it since but it just hurts all the timeeeee now.

I️’ve been eating better in hopes that would help but nothing is fucking helping.

Any suggestions????
