Having their passwords?!

How do you guys feel about having you bf or gfs social media passwords? Like what are your thoughts? Considering you guys do not live together what do you guys do and what do you guys think about it?

I wouldn't be with my bf if I NEEDED to have his password. I don't know it and don't care to because I trust him.

Husband have NO social media accounts...only email, yes I have the password because i created the email account.... he's not into Electronics.

I have his and he has mine. One of my unlock codes for my iPhone is his fingerprint and all that Jazz. But it’s not bc I don’t trust him.
I never go into his messages unless he’s busy and asking me to reply to something. I never go onto his Facebook unless I’m deleting something like this

No. If you feel the need to have those things then you're either massively controlling or have trust issues. In either scenario the relationship should end.

I don’t know any of his passwords and he knows some of mine but it was my choice to give them anyway. Sometimes I just ask like can you send this or check this etc.. I don’t really have to be worried about what he does and he doesn’t really have to be worried about what I do so it doesn’t really matter?

There’s never a reason to HAVE to have  the passwords if you’re in a trusting relationship. Ever. That said we know each others passwords because they’re relatively similar for most things and we live together. Although I don’t know if his Facebook password is the same, never felt the need to try! Sometimes he’ll ask me to log into something and send a message for him if he’s driving or whatever. OR he’ll use my amazon to abuse my amazon prime free delivery 😂

I guess I stand alone on this. Yes me and my husband have each others passwords for our phones and almost everything bc we use the same password for all our accounts😂. We don't snoop though. If he's driving and he gets a text, he might ask me to read it and send a reply or vice versa. Idk, we're really open with other.
