Does this sound like the start of something?

So I came off the pill after 7 years for health reasons. Long story short. Came off the pill, ovulated CD7 and had a flow on CD22 which was oct 9th. My period lasted 5 days. I haven’t had any period since. I took plan b around CD 8 because he pulled out but I didn’t want to risk it. We have had unprotected sex since but pregnancy tests are negative. I’m also bone dry, no vaginal discharge at all ever. I felt as if I ovulated exactly 2 weeks ago. I now have weird cervical pain that started yesterday and is now almost constant and painful enough to be annoying and when I check using a tampon there is a very small amount of fresh blood, only enough to be pink/light red. Not enough to even make its way down my vagina lol. I’m having cramps ONLY in my cervix and vagina which is not normal. I normally have legit period cramps but it feels weird only having cervical pain. Does that sound like my period might be coming? This is the first hint of blood I’ve seen in 2 months!
