Acne and hairfall problems at 9weeks

I am at my 9weeks.. I am facing more acne and feeling awkward to show my face to others..Also I am having more hairfall.. I heard like people look beautiful at this time, but it's reverse to me..can someone helps me in knowing if it's normal or do I need to take some actions on this..
