i want to rent a house with my boyfriend . or an apartment but i live on check by check and my boyfriend too he has two jobs and i have 1 plus going to college...idk if we will be able to make it

um no. my boyfriend and I are about to move into an apartment but it took us a long time to be ready. have a few thousand behind each of you for emergencies plus you'll probably be dropping about 2 grand just to move in, first months rent plus the security deposit which is usually the same as the rent. a good rule is to not let your rent be more than 30% of your income.
