Any twin moms have positive early hpt like this?

AF not due for another two days. Not taken with fmu. Seventh pregnancy, 33 years old, my mom had a tubal twin pregnancy, nonpther known twins in the family, currently still nursing my 1 year old. Ppl have joked we will have twins and we just laughed it off. Could this mean twins or just really high hcg levels? 
I know I ovulated exactly 13 days ago

13 days past ovulation is not early. This test result looks normal for a single pregnancy.

Yea I found out 6 days before my period was supposed to start
