Who drank red raspberry leaf tea?

I want to hear your opinions. Do you suggest drinking it? Did it help? Did it not? How often did you drink it and when did you start drinking it?

You can get it in capsule form... It honestly didn't do anything for me. BUT... it's great for fertility and uterine health even when you're not pregnant! Good luck with having your baby when you're ready! Mommyhood ROCKS!

I drank a cup a day first trimester (I was drinking it prior) 2 a day for second and 3 a day during third. It needs to build up in your system over a few weeks. I just always liked the tea and it has lots of health benefits for both pregnancy and non pregnancy. 
Once I hit 37 weeks I drank more then 3 cups a day both hot and iced. My son was born 39+1 and my daughter was born 39+6. Both quick labour’s for me. I don’t attribute the short labour only to the tea but who knows it may have helped a lot.

From 36 weeks last time. Went at 39+3. I drunk about 8 cups a day and couldn’t work out why I felt sick at night. A side effect of too many is nausea lol. Not harmful just annoying. I really don’t think it did anything at all!
