UPDATE: i have a pounding headache, although i'm not getting any bad contractions i keep getting sharp pains down there. nothing else came out but tomorrow is my 39 week appt and hopefully he says i'm dilated more. last time they checked i wasn't even 1 yet and 70% effaced. yesterday my boyfriend and i went for a long walk and i went on the swings ( which i looked up and apartment that also helps with labor) it got some of plug out so i guess that it's true. i will keep everyone updated but i doubt anything is going to happen today. baby boy wants to stay in there
