still not sinking in?

my boobs are sore, I get nauseous,and dizzy. I'm exhausted all the time. but I have this....empty feeling? like I just don't "feel" pregnant. I've had a blood test hcg was 40000 at 6 weeks, Dr appointment next Friday. but I just don't feel it? is this normal?

its totally normal hun. it sinks in at a different pace for eveeyone

I think it is normal. some of us need to see it with our own eyes to have it sink in. It all becomes real once I start feeling movement in there.

Same. I'm waiting until after my midwife appt (next week!) to see if I feel differently. I also have a 13 month old, so I am in real time denial as a coping tool. haha😱
