Help calm my nerves - Implant
Anyone who’s had the contraceptive bar removed before? I’ve had mine in for three years now and it’s due to be taken out this week. Getting it put in was a doddle but I didn’t even begin to think of what it would be like when the time came to take it out and change it 😩 anyone have some advice? What was it like when you had it removed? Did it hurt at all? I’m mainly worried about them cutting into my arm 😂
