I have started working out a lot more than usual this past month or so (end of October through November). Usually I don’t workout at all now I’m lifting weights and cardio.

October and November my period was regular (both months for it on the 5th) I was due for my period on the 5 of dec but still hasn’t arrived. Feeling cramps but nothing.

Can this exercising cause irregularities? Have also been sexually active but took a test on my 5th day being late and was negative.

Just wondering anyone else’s experience.
