Please help, I’m late on my period and just came on today, I have had insanely painful cramps all day what is the best way to ease them

Heat applied via washcloth, Orgasms, Bananas, More Viramin D, Exercise (even when it hurts, it helps a lot!), and a hot bath! My first couple days are the absolute worst, i have to call off of work due to them. i hope you feel better girly ❤️
