Period problems

Went off BC in September after 7 years, had a period on oct 9th. No period or even a drop of blood since. Negative pregnancy tests. 2 days ago I began having cervical cramping, different compared to my usual lower abdominal period cramps. Yesterday evening I noticed a very tiny amount of pink discharge when checking my cervix. The cramping continues but no increase in flow. This is after inserting a tampon and taking it out 1 hour later. Would u consider this a light period if this is after 1 hour? It so minimal.
