How long till a divorce is final?

anyone know how long the divorce takes to be complete just wondering and also do I keep wearing my wedding band till it's final or do I take it off now?? my heart is so torn and seeing this effect my daughter's is so hard hoping things work out and we come out stronger

At least 6 months. Some people remove their ring when they agree to divorce, some when the papers are filed, and others wait until the divorce is finalized. It’s totally up to you. Try to keep the ending of your marriage separate from parenting time. Husbands and wives get divorced. Not parents from their children. I wish you the best 🍀

All states are different. You should be able to call the court house and ask them. I took my ring off the day I told my ex husband we were getting a divorce so that is completely up to you if you still want to wear it or not. Best of luck to you!

My SO took off his wedding ring the moment he split from his second wife. They are yet to get a divorce, though both have moved on and have sorted out all the financials (she took everything he owned). Their separation was September of last year, and supposedly here in Australia, you have to be officially separated at least 12 months before being able to sign the divorce papers. Both have been so busy they haven't had a chance to sign the papers yet.

In Arizona, I filed end of August and was divorced end of November. 
I took my ring off the second I asked for a divorce.
