Any advice ladies?

I was brought up church of england (christian) but after meeting my Muslim partner and reading about Islam I'm kinda stuck and don't know which way to turn. I'm a scientist too so struggle with some of the stories in the Bible and Koran about evolution etc. Has anyone any advice? I've found Islam such a peaceful religion and really enjoy learning about it etc. Its a big step to change religions and I just don't know what to do about the niggling doubts etc. Thank you xx
