Anyone else constipated?

Ok so this is my third pregnancy, my other two are 13 and 9 so it’s been awhile. With my other two kids I don’t remember suffering this badly with constipation! I mean I look like I’m 5 months but I’m only 10 weeks, and I’m hurting badly. I’ve googled remedies and everything nothing is working. I have even been eating Activia. So now I’m waiting for my doctor to call me back. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions that work for y’all till I hear from my doctor would be really appreciated!
