Please help!!

Yesterday and the day before I've had some pretty bad lower abdomen cramps. They stopped at the end of yesterday but today I've been having excessive blood in my discharge. It started off as a little then it became really opaque and red. I still have 10 days before my period starts. I'm really worried someone help please!!
