Random sharp pains

I’m 3 months postpartum and I’ve been having random sharp pains in my incision. The other night it hurt so bad I dropped to the floor. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal?

I had that if I moved funny or lifted too much. it lasted for about 8 months. I probably should have gone to the dr, it was bad.

If I would stretch to far or pick up something too heavy for almost 6 months I would get that. But I would contact your doctor just to be safe.
