Just found out today

So I found it earlier today I’m pregnant and somehow was able to schedule an appointment for this Friday with my doctor. I know they usually make you wait but I’m going on vacation so I wanted to make sure everything was fine before I left. What can I expect at my first appointment? Did anyone else already get in to see their doctor?
