With all of the grey you have I think light yellow walls would be nice! It's such a happy color to compliment the grey and it would match the little yellow giraffe on the mobile 😊

It looks like you have an animal theme (based on your mobile) you can find super cute wall decals on amazon for a good price. We bought some for my sons room and we just LOVE them!! (This is just one wall. The pic with the other wall has my son and husband in it and I’m not comfortable sharing)

It looks like a monochrome theme maybe get something monochrome, that’s pretty easy to accessorise with. I want a monochrome nursery whether I have a girl or boy haha
