Help! I am 11 dpo and usually I am on a 32 day cycle. I am expecting period in 5 days. Last night I had back pain and dull cramps like AF:( today mid day I went to the restroom and when I wiped there was dark red blood with a little black. I have had a little brown on the tissue once or twice more. I took a test last night it was BFN can this be implantation bleeding? Has anyone had a positive after something like this?

I did not have implantation bleeding with my other pregnancies.
