What is the best humidifier?

My LO gets a stuffy nose all the time. What humidifier do you recommend? We'd prefer filterless. Thanks!

We went through two, a crane and a Vick’s and glad we didn’t spend more money before we figured out we needed distilled water in it. Our water is so hard that even with a filter, left “white dust” all over. 
Now we have a homedics and get distilled water for .88 a gallon at Walmart. One gallon lasts three nights in it.
