TMI. Severe cramping to etc.

I started spotting earlier today and had light bleeding around 2pm I haven't had to change my pads a lot and I haven't had any blood clots at all. I started cramping really hard while I was shopping and It made me cry and start to feel nauseous up until I puked and it lasted until around 6pm. I took a test and this was my result. My period is suppose to be due on the 15th. But anyways it's not late at night and I just got back from IHOP with a couple of friends and I started crampin

g again since 1030pm which it's been 3 hours since. Anyways i come home and take a leak again ! & when I wipe I finally get something and it was this. Can anybody help me understand what's going on with my body please ? I'm feeling nauseous all over again with the cramps 😭
