Miscarriage??

Not sure what’s going on, woke up at 4am this morning in pain and bleeding, then this fell out of me? Is this a miscarriage?

If you were pregnant to begin with then it may be a miscarriage. 
If you’re due for your period it might just be a period clot or uterine lining

looks like a real heavy period clot to me. however if worried see the doctor x
