Safe heart rate
I work out HIIT around 3-5times a week.
Does anyone know what sort of heart rate I should be aiming for during pregnancy?
At the moment I am at an average of 150-155bpm per session, spike of around 174 at times (only a few short seconds) I am of healthy weight.
