Night sweats

I wonder if there are any other women in here who have excessive sweating during the night.

I always had that when my bbt went up before my period that I have 2 days where I get really warm and sweaty at night and this time I didn’t go away so when I got that 2nd line I was like okay that’s probably why it’s still here.

Some night are worse then other ,sometimes I just wake up all wet tried sleeping without my thin pj but because we always sleep with the window open my skin got so cold from my sweat that it was very uncomfortable.

Anyone who can relate or have any kind of tips?

I’m 4 weeks pregnant but haven’t been for an appointment.
