Im almost 4 weeks postpartum and went to the hospital a couple days ago because I have a painful lump on each one of my nipples and they said I had mastitis on my left and a clogged milk duct on my right and they gave me antibiotics but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I read online that you should pump and continue breastfeeding but I don’t breastfeed I only did for the first couple of days after having my son. I have been taking hot showers and putting warm compress on it. I don’t know what else to do it help it hurts so bad.

Update: I got an ultrasound on my breast and it turns out i actually have Galactoceles Which is a milk filled cyst.
