First appt with Fertility doctor after miscarriage

Just had my first consultation with fertility doctor. My blood test has me at a 5.8 for AMH. Anything below 5 is not good. This number is good however, for my age. I am so scared to start this process and end up with heart break. Had a chemical miscarriage In September. Ovulation happened this week and I am praying that a miracle will come for us this Xmas!!! Why does this feel discouraging??
