Braxton Hicks?? Yes Or No?
I am 31 weeks pregnant & I’ve been experiencing my whole tummy becoming very tight (solid like) it lasts for 20mins - 60mins & it’s been happening for the last couple of days or so every now and then with no regular pattern.
My last one was 30 mins ago, it lasted 30mins & I got a few sharp pains in my vagina at the same time, I sat on my birthing ball hoping that baby would move & it would stop.
It’s all stopped now.
Are these Braxton Hicks??
