Stretch marks?! 😩😩

Alright ladies I know stretch marks are normal, and I had some on my hips before I got pregnant. I’m 29 weeks tomorrow and I also understand that I’m only going to continue to get bigger for the next 11 weeks. BUT I’ve never had them on my stomach and I’ve been trying very very hard to prevent getting them on my stomach. I use palmers cocoa butter stretch mark lotion and palmers cocoa butter skin therapy oil everyday. Now it could be my hormones making me see things, or I could just be going genuinely crazy but I need some opinions other than my boyfriends because he just tries to make me feel better about myself in general and tells me it’s nothing.

I can see my skin getting thinner but it looks like stretch marks to me, or at least the start of them, although my stretch marks on my hips look completely different!

Please tell me what you think it is. Also, give me some tips on what to use to prevent from getting anymore or how to stop this if you think they are the start of stretch marks!
