I know this is completely random... but it’s been awhile since I’ve had my period. I had the Mirena IUD for 7 years. I recently had it taken out this past May. Every since it’s been out my periods have been the same each month except this month? It was very very light some tiny clots here and there and now I’m off my period but still have some spotting? Not sure what made this one period different? Just wanted some opinions? I hate googling Bc then u have cancer LOL
