c section incision

I had my c section 3 weeks ago and developed a yeast infection on top on the incision. the Dr put me on a pill and gave a powder. when I wash the powder it turns to gunk instead of washing off the incision. so I used a rag today to wipe the gunk off and the incision began bleeding. is this normal? I know not supposed to wash it but just let water hit it but the gunk needed cleaned off. should I be concerned it is bleeding or is that normal when healing ? anyone have advice on best way to clean it other than running water over it?
