could I be pregnant

I have pcos and my periods used to be all over the place. however 6 months straight i had periods. until November. I was due on 18 days ago. there's no sign of af, I've had sore boobs like unbearably sore boobs for 3 weeks. backache. my skin has broke out. I have a ridiculous amount of discharge and my abdomen feels heavy but not cramping or painful. I took a pregnancy test 11 days after af was supposed to arrive. but it was negative. I'm thinking to test again but scared of the outcome. my husband and 1 have been trying to conceive for 3 years now, still waiting for test results from my gynae and I've had 2 miscarriages. what do you guys think?
