Got my first ultrasound yesterday (both abdominal and transvaginal). They determined the baby was measuring at around 7 weeks 1 day but according to this app I should be 7 weeks 3 days. The bad news is that they couldn't detect a heartbeat through either kind of ultrasound :( they told me to come back next week and see if anything has changed by then, but if not then I will probably miscarry. I'm absolutely devastated. I've had no bleeding, cramping, or any signs of a miscarriage and was totally expecting to hear my baby's heartbeat! Has anyone had a similar experience but ended up having a healthy pregnancy? Any words of advice are appreciated. This is my first pregnancy and I'm terrified :(
