My friend already asked if she could throw me a sprinkle! So I think we will forgo the giant shower, and have some friends and family together for a day at the lake with some BBQ, sunshine, and celebration of the new baby! Gifts will be appreciated, but definitely not expected. There aren’t a ton of things I need since I just had my first daughter a year ago.

If it's a boy yes, we only have girl stuff. But if it's a girl we're going to do a "celebration" like a diaper keg or something.

It's been 6 years since my son was little. I really need baby stuff!!! plus, with it being so long it almost feels like starting over

Probably not. If it's a boy I want a small party like a sprinkle but no shower. We have so many girl clothes we don't need too much. But if it's a boy we have nothing so I don't think it's wrong to have a small get together for a different gender. But no registry. Doing just a private registry for me and my husband for the discount for any items we definitely need.

My first was born early - before my scheduled shower. So I will probably do something as a celebration this time around since I missed it last time.
