oil diffusing HELP
Hey ! I’m just starting this oil diffusing situation, I’ve read it’s very benificial for our health but there are some oils that can be harmful for babies and breastfeeding motheres. Do any of you diffuse essencial oils? Which ones? Any oil you wouldn’t recommend or you think is harmful ? Please let me know! Thanks in advance!
