I don’t want just sex

So me and my husband have been married for over a year and half now,and I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. I have no sex drive now that I’m pregnant unless I have serious foreplay first. How can I get my husband to understand I’m no longer just “ready” whenever? He gets so butt hurt that I’m not just falling over him it turns into an argument..
