Baby won't nurse on left side

So I need some advice! Recently my 8 week old baby girl isn't nursing very well from my left side. She gets frustrated and pops on and off and starts crying. I went back to work 2 weeks ago so she's getting more bottles now during the day and over the weekend I had a clogged duct and a clogged nipple pore on two separate days. I'm not sure if either of those things would be the reason for this? I feel like it's been since the weekend that she doesn't want to nurse on the left side and when I pump I'm not getting as much from that side anymore. What should I do? I don't want her to only drink from a bottle and not nurse anymore...
