Late for 38 days! Idk what’s going on..

Hey beauties! So the last time I had sex was in September 21st, and it was like constant sex for like 2 months..

My last period was October 13th , I didn’t get it I’ve been late for 38 days!! No period just a bunch of white discharge, I took two home pregnancy test one at a clinic they were all urine tests they were all negative. I started getting worried. I went to the hospital and they said everything was fine and it happens. But I’ve never had a late period.
