I know I post on here What seems like a lot but you all are helpful so I thought I’d ask this: so from my LMP I’m 6 weeks along but from around he time of my conception I’m 5 weeks ago. I had a scan tonight at the ER because I had some moderately heavy bleeding, they saw the sac but no baby inside. My hcg levels are 3,200 something. I feel like I should see a baby by now? Everyone else is showing off their ultrasound pics and I feel like there’s something wrong with mine.
