Baby nurses for hours!!

7 week old, her poop is green so doc said she needed more hindmilk. Dude. This girl nurses for like an hour a boob minimum! She’s got more than enough time to get the hindmilk, so what am I doing wrong? Is she not sucking? Just soothing with my nipple? So how do you tell a baby to suck harder? Help! I’m not getting any sleep!
