HELP? Nipple pus?

I notice white stuff on my nipple. Thought it was a fuzzy from my hoodie I went to pluck it off and it didn't come off. Then I squeeze my nipple and this comes out? It's squishy and pus like. Not milky or water at all.....idk what's happening? I called my OBGYN but I also don't want to waste her time and mine if this is normal. Is it?

I’ve had this since I was like 15. I’ve never had any issues resulting from it. I’ve had breast exams with no results. I looked into it and read it can be clogged ducts/pores. You’re not really supposed to squeeze them, hot shower and let them breathe. Try not to wear a bra all the time. Sweat is a definite factor.

I get this from the little bumps around the nipples all the time. The tips turn white like little pimples. Normal.

Whale, it’s not breast cancer.
I have nipple rings, so I have discharge coming out of them once in a blue moon, talked to my doctor and she said it was totally normal. But if you want to be reassured, then call your doctor so that you can put your mind to rest 🙂

It’s worth talking to your doctor.  It’s something they ask about at annual exams. It’s usually not harmful and will go away on its own, but it’s a safe bet to talk to your doctor about it.
